My Fiat 124 Spyder will be paid off in two and a half years. I would absolutely love to exchange a check for ~$50k for a Guila Sprint TI RWD by that time. I’ll take mine in Montecarlo Blue Metallic with the red Sport leather seats, the performance package and a sunroof, all minus the two doors you currently offer and preferably with a stick shift in the USA (I might settle for a auto, but I need two doors only). I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is, so can you please make this a reality?

(( I’ve been looking at Alfas too much lately, and I really want to go test drive another one. If I could afford another car, I’d buy a regular Guila tomorrow to DD because the 124 is no fun in gridlock traffic in downtown San Diego. The 124 deserves to be a weekend car driven as roadsters were intended to be and I feel the Alfa would be such a better commuter car.))

The Miata is thankfully not totalled, and should be back from the body shop this week. Afterwards the girlfriend will be taking over project Miata, including the mods and the payments.
I really am trying to convince her to pay the Miata off early in two years, and then get an RF to DD while the Miata goes nearly full racecar. She’s on the fence about another Miata though, so we’ll see. I’d love to have the trio of MX-5 ST, MX-5 RF and 124 Spider though, I think it’d make an awesome garage.

I would love to eventually have a 4C in the garage! The only problem being that the 4C is my girlfriend’s current dream car; and if we bought one, I’d never get seat time in it. It would probably be a blast to own and is definitely in the cards for when we make more money in the future.
My main reason for the Guila (besides its wonderful looks inside and out) is the fact that even a 2 door version would still have four seats and a average sized trunk - something neither the ND or the 124 currently have. Living in San Diego, most of our downtown friends don’t own a car, so if we have more than just the girlfriend and I, we have to take two cars to haul around friends.
It’d be convinent to have another car at some point in the future that could be a more usable and practical DD - especially since the roadsters are most likely going to turn out to be quasi-race cars.
