Could still be neater, but you should have seen it before I organized it...

How do you like the cordless trimmer? I’m thinking of going electric for my trimmer and lawn mower this year. I’m sick of sucking small engine fumes.

Just the container. Only almonds in there now.

I remember you by them. It regularly occurs to me to mail them to you, but would you use them?

Expensive at $200 and heavier than the straight-up electric cheapo, but top-rated. I had an electric mower once that used an extension cord and it was not very much fun to use. I bought a Honda-powered gas one that gave me trouble once after ten years, but started on the first pull when I brought it home new.

No, I have no place. But I still have that micro component set that they came with. Do these look familiar? I think I still have the KLH speakers, too

I can’t speak for the trimmer, but the mower works great. My yard is about 1/3 acre and I can probably mow 3-4 times before the battery even needs a charge. I plan on getting the trimmer this year. My wife thinks we should get the blower as well.

Nope. Engine stand, maybe, but that would be all. Very small garage.
And a sloped driveway. I have to mount a couple of anchor points for ratchet straps or little come-alongs so I can move cars around on dollies without them rolling into the house or into the bushes.

Nice! I’ve got under 1/4 acre. How does it do in wet grass?

Woodgrained speakers hooked to the joists using Simpson ties. That’s the most Jalop non-car thing I can think of.

sounds like a whole lot of excitement when things start rolling...... you can always add on to the engine stand, and make it a bit more versatile. maybe put a tube, that can hold a good vice........

I have a workbench under a roof beside the garage with a huge machinist’s vice. And a work area out by the shed for woodworking. It’s taken me 20 years, but it’s a good setup.

Do you put a car in there? Because that’s a lot of not-car stuff. Garages overrun with stuff that prevents a car from going inside make my OCD twinge.

It does great in long grass and with wet grass, it does decently. Admittedly, we’re rather dry here so there usually isn’t wet grass to be mowed. It’s also really quiet. I had an electric mower before, and this beats it, hands down.

Electric trimmer was one of my favorite purchases last year... does the job very well and it’s much more convenient not having to pull out my extension cords every time I want to use it. Not sure how long the charge lasts, but it’s never died in me while using it. I always just charge it for a little before use.

It’s a very narrow garage, so it would have to be
completely
empty to accomodate an automobile of any size. And with houses in the Bay Area being worth $500/sq ft -- or so -- I can’t see using that space for a car anyhow. And the weather here is very mild. Waste of space putting a car in a garage unless you live in the Great Northwest, and who wants to do that?
