Red turn indicators are garbage. Are the euro and facelift amber?

Black housing MBROs look pretty cool.

Yea, they are amber. I don’t mind red turn signals if they run off separate bulb, but they don’t on the Juke.

I vote for the ambers, especially if it runs off of a single bulb.

Keep the taillights, change the car they’re attached to

Option #4 - Nuke It From Orbit. (totally coincidental with my screen name today)

Ye’, the US spec ear lights are odd to me.

Why make an indicator light a side light, indicator and brake light when a side light/ brake light with separate indicator are how it goes in the rest of the world.

Why take two separate units and make them into one, especially when they make one redundant.

I don’t really care for the aftermarket or facelifted ones. So by default, I say the Euro/JDM ones.

1 doesnt look that far from stock
2 looks like too much rice or ebay aftermarket special.
3 is clean, tasteful, and looks good.

The inner block comes on with the brakes. Why they don’t use that for fog light, brakes, & use the outer block for the turn signal baffles me.

My only worry would be the wiring.

Everything about US DOT lighting standards are terrible and outdated. But I guess we have bigger issues at the moment...

That’s similar to how ours do operate. Lights inwards are side light and brake lights, amber outer indicator lights, but with the foglight down low in the centre of the rear bumper.

I really want to put in an Euro fog light. The wire is already there, I just need ti buy the unit.

From what I gather it’s a common add on for Canadian and American Jukes.

The part number 26580-ED50A can be had from eBay or similar for not much money.

as far as i’m concerned, every country except the US absolutely requires rear amber turn signals. i’m not sure how Canada does it though. this is why you’ll see white strips on European cars such as Mercedes and VW, but they’re never used since for some reason it’s more elegant to them to keep the signal and brake light the same light

Canada has similar rules to the USA for tail light regulations.
