Looks like it also has an air-cooled VW engine in it.
Just found some more photos. I also see old VW wheels/brakes. BFG Radial T/As. The detail on that sidecar is impressive. That door is adorable, and the sides of the bed lie down too, just like a a real single cab bus.

Awesome! My wife found it on the book of faces so figured I would share. Apparently the owner will cart the family dog around in the sidecar.
