i’m using sketchup and layout for plans and elevations and cad for sections and details

We use Revit for everything, trying to adopt Rhino for some more complex components.

they are happy with it. I still have a few things to work out. The wanted to take down so many walls they don’t really have much wall space for kitchen cabinets.
I did a video too.

Looks great! Now I guess the question is with this design, are they over-improving for the area? And do they have sufficient land to pull off this remodel or will it look like a big house on a little lot?
I know these aren’t your problems, just curious more than anything.

they will definitely be on the upper end of the neighborhood but not overdoing it. They are set back from the street far enough so that it wont be too imposing. It may be from the back yard though. I’m not sure how much of the land is their’s but there is a large ledge outcrop that limits the size of the grassy backyard
