Kinja'd!!!

Lucky lives! Although I messed up a couple of vacuum hoses in the process of replacing the throttle body. It now has a bouncy idle, which goes away for the 10 seconds said hoses are in place.

Man, I’m seriously jealous of your car.

My first car was a 1990 Acura Legend LS coupe handed down from my dad in 1998. At the time I always kinda lamented that he hadn’t gotten a 1991 since the second gen Legend coupes were super cool in the 90s.

After high school I bought my own 1992 Integra GSR, mostly because a 3rd gen would’ve been too expensive and the B17A was like the hipster VTEC motor.

I’ve always looked back on the late 80s/early 90s Hondas with huge upright windows and super low slung dashes with little instrument pods popping up from them as one of the best eras of automotive design.

Probably just nostalgia but now I’m like, “I MUST FIND A 1st GEN LEGEND COUPE OR PRELUDE Si 4WS!”

Thanks. It’s quite fun to drive, although it’s not fast. It does have its drawbacks...it’s getting hard to find parts for, and the engine bay is nightmarishly cramped.
