It’s glitchy as hell (posts are currently rapidly popping into and out of existence causing the page to go all kinds of janky) and it is very hard to see where one post ends and the comments begin. This is downright awful.

You should see my screen right now. The first copy of my post (with all the screenshots of the other posts) is followed immediately by another copy of my post (with more screenshots of other posts), and the croatia post is popping into and out of existence with another copy of my post taking its place when it disappears. I have no idea where my comment section actually is and am relying on the notifications to take me to the right place.

I am 1000+ hours in the original trilogy and have just finished my 9th playthrough. I am kinda obsessed with Mass Effect.

I bought the trilogy collection back in 2013 and have typically completed 2 playthroughs a year. I have never played any other game in the same way I have played this series. I know the games to the point that in my 9th playthough (my first on PC with the first 8 being on Xbox 360) I have noticed that the background mathematics for Mass Effect 3 are slightly different in the PC version than they are on the consoles. I know the games so well that I notice minor differences in weapon damage and XP payouts (neither of which are presented to the player like they are in a game such as Borderlands) between the consoles and PC but they still manage to surprise me with little things I have never seen before.
I would highly recommend you pick up a copy of the trilogy collection (you can pick it up rather cheap these days). You will probably also want to get the Arrival DLC for Mass Effect 2 as without it the beginning to Mass Effect 3 doesn’t make much sense when the events of Arrival didn’t happen (they try to come up with an alternate explanation but it is very weak, also one of the side quests in ME3 makes 0 sense when you are being confronted about an event that never happened without arrival). I also highly recommend the Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3 as it is just a really fun bit of DLC that adds a ton to the game.
I should also note that Andromeda breaks off from the Shepard plot just before ME2 and takes place 600 years later. There isn’t a need to play the original games for ME:A to make sense.

Way, way, way back in the day, Kinja used to have a system without pages - clicking show more at the bottom just added older articles, until your page was long enough that it’d take an hour to scroll through.
