A Golf GTE like this, just not this particular one as no camera to hand.

Trundles away silently and has DRLs which seem to go almost the full width of the car. Costs about as much as a Golf R and has just a 1.4 engine and electric bits. I don’t imagine that I’ll see too many more.

Theres talks that this is a sort pf test for the future GTI. So potentially the next GTI is a hybrid thing.

1,734 Golfs sold of which:

Diesel 1,134 (65.4%)

Petrol 596 (34.37%)

Petrol plug in hybrid 4 (0.23%)

E-Golf (quoted as a separate model) 2

The diesel percentage is unchanged from before dieselgate.
