I parked next to a Tesla Model X the other day. I could have parked in the panel gaps on that goofy looking thing. There wasn’t a single trim piece that lined up.

I plugs into the side of the taillight just of of shot. The station it is charging from must be on the opposite side of the car.

I drive by one of their car lots a lot, the minivan is lame. What I really really want Tesla to do is pick up where Aptera left off. Aptera was killed by the industry if you believe stories, but the design is the most efficient a small road car can be in our atmosphere, or close. Elon is such a tech nerd and seems to want to make things better. Putting some good tech in an aero shape is as good as it gets for a commuter car. Aptera had a four door plan as well. Leno drove one on his youtube channel, I was pretty excited too.

My hatred for Tesla rose to a new level Saturday when a Model S owner at Cars and Coffee absolutely wouldn’t shut the hell up about his Model S and how great it is. Every time I walked by he was telling someone how great his car is and how he gets 90 mpg from it and how Tesla thought of everything with it.
It took every fiber of my being to point out the panel gaps on it that are worse than any of the early 2000s GMs at my house.

I don’t get why they have the extra clear layer over the original tail lights in the first place.
