That’s just as base model shitty as the Cobalt cover just *slightly* less unsightly because the paint is still on it. Plastic wheel covers are gross no matter the quality. I still see a rusty ass steelie behind it.

Cobalts are some of the cockroaches of the automotive world, crappy wheel covers aside. Buy some new ones every once in a while, not a huge deal.
