Ye’, in the Skoda community the new headlights are collectively disliked.

Skoda has said it’s to bring it in with the Kodiaq which has fog lights in the bumpers.

Octavia - Kodiaq

Thing is it looks nothing to do with the Kodiaq as said, the Kodiaq has fog lights in the front bumper, ie raised up from the lower valance.

But with the Octavia, they split the head lights and left the fog lights where they were.

Thankfully. I like the Kodiaq and that is what what we are planning to get in a couple of years time.
