Read this article today and it was like a kick in the gut. My wife and I took each other out on a date fourteen years ago today. Condolences to Mr. Rosenthal. We only get a limited time to experience this awesome thing known as life. Soak up all the love you can manage. We’d all be better off if we had this much love for everything around us.

Yep, right in the feels indeed.

Life is fragile. We lost my mom at age 58 nearly five years ago. We knew she had cancer for precisely one week.

I can’t believe it’s been nearly five years already.
