Finally taking a weekend off, actually a little more than a weekend. After weeks of only one day off, I’m actually taking three, especially since I have to go back to one day or less off next week. Yeah, I know it’s the middle of the week, but since I work in a 24/7 environment my weekends may not always be Saturday/Sunday. Next month I’ve got the same odd schedule that includes 0300/1200 on Saturdays and Sundays.
Things started out OK, and I began to make a to-do list of all of the things I’d like to accomplish over this period, but the list kept growing and growing. I’ve completed an item or two on the list, but I really don’t have much in the way of energy, and the cold weather isn’t helping matters any. For the last hour or two I’ve been hanging out in front of the computer, watching TV, contemplating a nap and wondering if that old container of guacamole in the fridge is still safe to eat...

I know the feel. Id take a nap, and then do some light exercising after. Usually helps me.

This is what I found about guacamole.............
