Anybody else getting double posts?

Some of my replies are posting twice. Looking at the permalinks, I can tell that they’re publishing as separate comments.

I’m not double-clicking the “publish” button (at least, I don’t think I am. Would that even be possible?).

Anybody else experiencing this lately?
