It is a good truck. If you want it to do truckly things with truckly interiors and economics its hard to find a better midsized truck.

I think the mid-size truck brand snobs (Tacoma or die, bro) are almost worse than the full size truck brand snobs (rah rah ford piss on chevy). You do you. I’m happy for you.

Exactly, I want a truck that isn’t a PITA to maneuver around the urban environment I live in. It’s also sad to say, but compared to what I’m used to, the Frontier has all the bells and whistles I could ask for
Granted I’m looking at used ones, but I drove a similarly spec’d Frontier and Tacoma back to back this weekend and the Frontier felt peppier and handled better. Visibility and compactness are much more important qualities to me in mid-size trucks and the Frontier was much better than the Tacoma in that regard.

well, if there is one thing the Frontier unfortunately kinda sucks at its maneuverability. Their turning circle is hilariously bad. Other than that I’ve been pretty impressed.

And those Toyota diehards are the reason I’ll never buy a late 90s Tacoma even tho I too love them, they’re just too damn expensive. Sorry but I’m not paying 15 grand for a 20 year old truck unless it’s a 3500 and diesel. And even then only if I had a business to make money money back on it.
