I want to move to Maine, or Montana, maybe northen Vermont or New Hampshire just so I have a reason to buy a plow and mount in on my Tacoma.

if you live in Maine or Vermont you may need more than Tacoma. I have a family member that lives in a rural part of Maine and after a while they give up plowing just get around on snowmobiles.
