I was watching this recent episode of Jay Leno’s Garage which features David Lee’s Pagani Huayra and I got curious about Lee as I’d never heard of him.

His story, or more specifically, his father’s story , is fairly interesting.

The guy who originally had that Huayra, Alejandro Salomon, is also a really cool guy. Runs a great YouTube channel with his two friends.

Yeah I remember that video and how many annoying comments on Jay’s site saying it was Salomon’s car before, like 100 people said it. So what, he has it now!

Sadly Lee lies about his cars quite a bit. He claims his 250 Lusso is a real competition car but it was a standard road car covered by him and was totaled twice in its history. All of his modern cars are not registered in his name and his LaFerrari and F12tdf were purchased used although he claims Ferrari let him buy from them.
