Love is knowing the flaws and accepting them. I think I’d file that car under lust but certainly not love. I’d hoon it until morning but my god I don’t want to actually try to own it. That car, in dating terms, is an amusing woman with an open mind that you can’t trust to go to the corner store without something bad happening.

Me too. When I went for the test drive I told the salesman straight up that the lack of a Manual is likely going to be the deal killer, and sure enough it was. Lucky for my bank account, but unfortunate for me, and Alfa.

I test drove the base model and that was nice. I really want one of these but I know that depreciation is going to hit it like a baseball bat. I’m hoping CarMax carries Alfa so I can get one for a lot cheaper in 2 years with a nice warranty. I like living dangerously but not Italian car without a warranty dangerously.
