The new shop is 1000ft2 and the house with 1 car attached garage is 1100ft2. Lots of space. Might have to host an SLC OPPO BBQ after I get it wired up...

I have a coworker that just recently did something like that I think all in the house and garage are just shy of 5000ft2. I think she said the garage part is a few hundred square feet larger than the house area and her husband is looking into getting a two post lift. I offered to be his best friend.
