I had an Oldsmobile from around this vintage. Mine was a ‘64, the year before seat belts became mandatory. No outside mirrors or seat belts. Loved it. This looks like a Catalina from a year or two earlier?

It’s a 65 Strato-Chief, analagous to a Biscayne, a stripper model. interestingly it had dual outside mirror from the factory, mounted on the fender tops so one had to exit the car to adjust them.

TIL 1965 Strato-Chief is a thing.
Before today I always thought 1965 Catalina and Bonneville were 2 of the best 1960's GM dashes ever, and we all know 1960's GM dash is best dash
Is Strato-Chief body based on Catalina, or Big Brother Bonneville?
