I saw a post on a hot rod page recently. The guys friend had gutted and cut up a Prius to make it an LS powered, real wheel drive beast. Outside it looked stock for the most part. Maybe this person was the inspiration?

Not likely, when he pulled away from the light the angle changed and you could see the rear plate of the muffler on the right, and nothing behind the exhaust tips on the left.
