Hello everyone, it’s been a while! actually it’s been a couple months. I think we finally figured out what was wrong with the Jeep. Bad crank sensor. Got it fixed and she seems to be running like a champ! Also, Jabsco search lights have been mounted! Take a gander at some pics below:
While the Jabscos have been mounted, They’ve yet to be wired up. That’s my next adventure...
EDIT:
I also made an East Dock Sign that I can crash into.

Ive seen a couple of these tribute Jeeps running around. You’ve got a nice looking one. Movie car clones can be goofy, but this still works as a Jeep. I dig it.

The Jurassic Park Jeep and the Family Truckster are probably the only two movie cars I wouldn’t mind living with day to day. Its just so cool, and you kind of wonder why AMC or Chrysler didn’t make colored wheels a factory option, they really work well on these.

That is awesome! I’ve always wanted to build a fun movie car and a Jurassic Park Jeep has always been a strong contender. There’a a lot of other ones that I have considered, like Marty’s Toyota SR5 from BTTF. But the majority of them are just too subtle and most people just wont get it. The JP Jeeps though are just awesome and even people who haven’t seen the movies still understand what’s going on.
Also it indirectly pays homage to one of my farorite authors so there’s an added bonus there too.
