25 years or older, although if you must I guess you can use Canada’s 15 year rule. Only catch is, no Japanese makes. I feel like everyone knows most of the cool jdm cars by now. Bonus points for vehicles that are performance oriented. Go!

Renault Clio v6 for the canadiens for sure. As new a mini as you can get for the rest of us. Saab 99 turbos would be cool. I wouldn’t refuse a lada Niva either

e30 M3 Sport Evolution, released in 1990, only 600 made. They bumped the engine from 2.3 to 2.5L which bumped power from 192 to 235, better aero, lighter weight and bigger wheel arches. If you have a little fun with aftermarket parts you can push a streetable 300 n/a hp.

The answer is always Lancia Delta Integrale Evo. Still one year away from the Evo II

Not counting a few Japanese cars, this is at the top of my import list. Probably because I haven’t looked into pricing but hey...

Any old German wagon. A nice manual RWD BMW/Benz wagon would be a great beater. Or an Audi avant for a winter beater.

That much gain out of an n/a engine? I did a full exhaust from the headers back, custom intake, advanced the timing and switched to 93 octane and only got 11 extra ponies... Guess I need to switch platforms!

From what I’ve seen from Bring a Trailer and other various sales over the years the non-evo integrales can go anywhere from 20k or so with pricing going up to above 50k for later cars. The Integrale 8v is probably one’s best bet for getting an attainable dream car.

tail lights are slightly different, and they kept the torsion bar front end FOREVER, and they had some kooky paint/trim/wheels. they basically kept the late 60s styling. but most importantly, its being able to say its from there........

S14's are basically race engines crammed into a street car, they can output some insane numbers. Having said that, it isn’t cheap to get there, but in race versions they were pushing 400+ hp out of the 2.5L. VAC motorsports actually even has a 2.7L stroker crank for people that want to get a little stupid crazy.
