I like the desperation and brutality of that opening fight sequence. Looks like a fairly realistic multiple-attacker scenario, plus the hero is taking a beating too. None of that untouchable hero bs, or the stupid Black Widow scissor thighs to the neck crap.

I have been thinking about that scene... had it been for real the neck of the policeman would have snapped and the head would have separated from the body, sending Ms Broughton very rapidly towards a certain death.

If I remember correctly it used to happen in hangings when the executioner did not calculate correctly the length of the rope - allowing the body to gather too much momentum.
