I turn 37 next week Tuesday, my driver’s license expires on that day, the local DMV is only open Tues-Thurs from 8:30 till 4:30, and I work 8-5..... So I went this morning and had someone cover me until 9. BUT. My forehead picked this week to grow A HUGE ASS PIMPLE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BROW that I now have to live with on my license for the next whatevermany years.
FML.

I got hit in the eye with a macaroni jump rope the day before my Passport ID photo. So one eye looked like I...well....yeah....you get it.
I didn’t even see the thing. Came outta nowhere like Indiana Jones’ whip while I was walking to the squat bar.

If it’s any consolation, nobody ever really needs to look at it. Mine is always in my wallet but I haven’t glanced at it in years. I rarely get carded at the bar, and I’m only 31. It would be far worse to have that giant pimple on the day that your company takes photos for ID badges and outlook profiles.

I did get the option of getting a ‘federal’ license that’s good in any state. But I don’t have a passport and wasn’t carrying my SSN card.

Lol Driver’s License is valid in all States. I think what he’s referring to is the Enhanced ID for traveling to Canada so you don’t have to bring your passport.

I’m looking forward to my license expiring because my current license has my old address and a picture from back when I used to be fat.
My wife has the new style WI license. I was surprised they went to black & white pics when mine has a color pic.
I kinda like how the old style matches the style of our license plates but I think the new design is maybe to make it harder to counterfeit.
Actually I guess this is the second time WI has redone licenses since mine was issued. Huh. This is the first redesign, and then the old style that I have...
