My neighbor who has made comments about my number of cars, the length of my lawn, the contents of my yard, my guest’s perfectly legal street parking for the last 3 years, has started remodeling his house and is selling it this summer. SO I GOT ONE LESS NOSY NEIGHBOR SOON.
I’ll really miss his... NO.

When I first moved into my building I was frustrated by the children in the unit above me, bouncing balls and driving some sort of powered vehicles on the hardwood floors, and I kind of wished that they would move. They did, and now I have a couple of 20-somethings that party until 4 or 5 in the morning, litter the front yard (and my mailbox) with beer cans, Bacardi 151 bottles and cigarette butts, blast their stereo with thumping bass at all hours, steal my laundry supplies and generally behave like a couple of twats. I miss the previous family; at least the children went to sleep nice and early, unlike the children above me now.
Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it...
