Finally Found a '67 Riviera I Like

A ‘67 Buick Riviera listed at $21,000. I’m really into this one, a lot! There is also an ‘11 Jaguar XJL Supersport I’m “ok” with but I want a 2012. I’m weird about my model years, just like my actual fleet. So far these are the only two vehicles I’m 100% striving towards. I would like one more car to aspire to but haven’t found anything else that’s really resonated with my heart, my soul, my essence, my very core! My being!!

I’m going to start journaling the VINs on some of these cars. This is going to take forever to get these though, everything I like hovers around $20,000-$35,000. That’s the top end of what cars are worth to me, personally (PERSONALLY). If a Ferrari F40 were $44,000 it would be too much for me personally to ever buy.

Here’s the XJL SS but like I said, not the one I’d ever buy (but I would go look at it).

I actually want the second gen, Jaguar specific ZF 6-speed over the ZF 8-speed. I need to actually see cars in purple, brown, and green (yes, even BRG) since they are so light reactive. Sometimes I’m in the mood to see my car in the color I bought it but not when that’s only between the hours of 11am-2pm.

That Riviera looks really pretty and it has a nice color too. But I did see some overspray in the engine compartment and the ad mentions “stripped to bare metal before repaint”. So with that kind of price, I would like to see some project pictures about the paint job. It could hide a lot of bondo too.
