I’m not really sure how useful a fire extinguisher is in a trunk, but knowing Jag, it’s probably a load bearing fire extinguisher, so I try to keep it up to date.
Bonus: leather trunk pull, because fancy.

It’s useful if you see another Jag on fire on the side of the road and you can stop to help.

Thankfully, this is late enough to use Ford electrics.

It’s useful if you see a Ferrari on fire on the side of the road and you can stop to help.
Fixed that for you.

As a new Ford owner, that’s still a gamble. See: Kuga/Escape

The Prince isn’t so bad once you get to know him. I had an 80s Jag for 6 years and the only electrical problem I ever had was the (Bosch) coil. You just have to remember to conduct ritual sacrifices every 6000 miles.

Maine Hunting Shoes in the trunk for shlepping in case of wet-weather electrical gremlins?
Hmm...maybe before too much snickering on my part, the Alfa needs a pair of hiking boots in the trunk on general principles haha...just saying

Because Jag expect you to be going to classy events in it, so you might meet a Ferrari.

They’ve seen their fair share of honest muddy usage, but admittedly, I keep them in the trunk around this time of year just so I have a pair of shoes that won’t get destroyed by salt when it rains in the city.

I keep one in the trunk of my 06 twin-turbo GTO...I feel it’s the minimum when you have a non-OEM fuel system. A full fire system would be better...but I don’t...because not racecar.

Kudos. I always carry an extinguisher. If I ever come up on somebody stuck in a burning car, I’ll be damned if I am going to let them burn up.
