I’ve collected many to a folder on my computer. Easier to search it than look them up on the web again. This is just a small sample. I have possibly thousands of road racing, racing art and rally pics I’ve saved for later reference. Here are just some old B&W ones for your enjoyment.
Some time I’ll maybe do a theme of all Porsche or British race cars.

Being a road racer myself and having spent some time with folks who drove and wrenched on vintage racecars, I have nothing but the upmost respect for guys who drove big boy racecars back in the day. They had giant balls of steel. I’m not sure how they managed to find pants that fit.

I probably could but I’d have to spend quite some time on it . They are divided into many folders by manufacturers for most and then some by vintage, cool pics, rally, F1 etc. It would take days to do.

I’ve always thought that about the guys from the 40's into the 60's were amazingly because of the speed increases on what were still crappy tires. The invention of Nomex, fuel cells and the tire innovations after that were game changers.
