The only images with front plates I can find on google show European tags. Maybe it’s following in the footsteps of the Solstice, and you have to get a ticket before you do anything.

I’ve seen one in person and it’s not that low, I’d say it’s comparable to your average crossover like a CX-5 or RAV4.
