Kinja'd!!!

Wait, an Integra sedan? I thought this was just a 1.6 EL with and identity crisis, but apparently it was actually made?

Kinja'd!!!

Huh. Neat.

They offered the sedan in GSR trim level, too.

Yeah, I think all Integras were offered in 2 and 4 doors.

I see those everywhere around here. Honestly more often than the Integra coupes.

I only ever recall seeing Integra coupes of this generation in California, but once I moved to Washington, it was rare that they weren’t a sedan.

In Texas, now, if i ever see them, its a 50/50 shot.

I really miss how you could get a 2-door or 4-door version of the same car, and the only difference, literally, was the number of doors. I was really disappointed to see the Accord split the sedan/coupe platforms in 1997.

Yep. They are a thing that exists. All three generations of Integra had a sedan option. Well, 1st gen was a 5 door hatch. The 3rd gen also has a GSR sedan. Only the RSX was coupe-only.

Yeah, our area (Phl-NYC) metro area seemed to have a shit load of them for some reason.

I see these at least as often as the two doors. A friend of mine used to have one.

My neighbor’s dad had (has?) a metallic blue GSR 4dr, 100% stock.

I didn’t even register what it was for YEARS.

Actually now that I remember I’ve driven a friend’s LS just like this. Reminded me of my Saabs with a cable clutch, 4runner shifter & half the steel.

I never knew the Integra came in sedan form either, until I got a job in insurance and when I was looking through the list of Acuras I saw the Integra Sedan listed as a model (no specific trim levels that I recall, though).

I’ve never seen one in person, and even Integra coupes are very rare these days since Canadian weather has eaten most of them. Maybe they were stolen and shipped elsewhere, although they’d just be getting rusty pieces of shit for the most part.

I had a buddy who had a GSR sedan. Guess what? Like most Integra’s, it got stolen.

The sedans are more common than the coupes in my part of Ohio.

I would have thought the Integra sedan’s existence was common knowledge, but I guess I’m wrong.

Where do you live where 4 door Integra’s are rare? Those are super common around here. More common than the two door ones.

yep - worked with a buddy that had one of those. It was kind of small inside - I didn’t really fit. I do still like that four circle light nose - still interesting and not ugly.
