It's probably expensive.

yeah me either. it feels like a well put together pile of neat things that adds up to less than the sum of its parts.

Proof, once again, that wealth can not buy taste.

And since it’s you:

Flammable art, approach with caution.

It all looks like it was made by someone who has never actually seen a car, but only read about them or heard stories...

When I look at that room, my first thought is, that furniture isn’t even comfortable . And it might not have been expensive, either.

I never knew oil pump gears were so artful.

At this rate I should do “art” with the CBR600 sitting ~10 feet from me rather than rebuild and use it, might get more money for that “art”.

I could spend that money in such better ways than on that artsy fartsy crap. If I had disposable income it would be better spent on the gear on that site than the art pieces.

Same.

Hey: my ‘71 van has a great big gas tank hanging under the rear bumper. Is it a thing to replace those with plastic tanks that are mounted longitudinally, further forward? Do folks put protective shrouds over the ones in the back? Seems like this is of the era of the Pinto and all of that.

Never seen either but its possible. I would lean towards adding extra protection at the rear and leaving the tank there or find a used fuel cell for that location.
