Attention Fox-body fans: 1984 Mustang L Zimmer Golden Spirit spotted on my local CL. “Call for Price.” For my money, this thing is CP at any price. The front seats look pretty nice though.

Zimmer plate on the pics on their website says it was made in Pompano Beach, FL (which is near Miami). To me, that has either a Key West (ostentatious with a silly vibe) or a redneck riviera (we serve our possum on the finest china we could find at walmart) feel to it.

Recaro has a knack for making seats that just plain look good. But you’re right, they aren’t all good. I couldn’t get comfortable in the FoST Recaros.

I will agree with you there. I just think the seats in that Zimmer look great. I was not a fan of the FIST when I had some seat time.

For some reason I actually like these neo-classic luxury cars.
Not the Mercedes SSK ones, though. Gazelles or whatever they’re called. Those are awful.
