on my way to work I pass a small coffee shop located right on the corner of an intersection. this place has no parking so people park along the sides of the street. Well this morning, there was a parked car that really wasn;t as far off to the side as they could have been. I’m in the left lane and in the right lane, a woman pulled up behind that parked car. I was thinking she was doing a horrible job of parking as she was still pretty much in the street. When the light turns green I can see her starting to flail her arms and beep. just as I’m passing her I was able to see the look on her face as she realized she was waiting for a parked car to go.

I once was stuck behind a person because they were waiting on the pedestrians on the sidewalk to cross. It took them about two minutes to notice that the pedestrians were stone Lewis and Clark statues outside of the museum.
To slightly defend them is was early morning and misty out, but still they should have noticed that the “pedestrians” hadn’t change their stance for the duration of the green light.

Reminds me of drivers who will wait IN THE ROAD to get into a busy gas station, just to save 10 cents per gallon.
