He is a very strange/horrible person, especially to be in office, it has brought out extensive expression in many ways. I think people feel so awful about it they have to do something therapeutic.

So, his speech was actually somewhat surprisingly decent, but I was very glad that some in the chamber made their disgust clear when he announced his VoICE bullshit.

If he wants to cause further divisions and motivate more racist actions against Hispanics, this it a great way to do it...

I paid the speech itself no attention whatsoever. The pundits afterward said he behaved presidentially. If such behavior persists longer than a week, perhaps I’ll check back. I personally detest how every ilk of politician trots people into the gallery as distractions.

I definitely agree with that last line. Using a widow’s grief for political gain is repugnant.
