Everything is explained very well on CarComplaints . If you were shopping this Sorento then know that as long as the crankshaft pulley bolts fail under 100,000 miles then you’ll be reimbursed for the parts and labor. Basically the 10 year portion of the warranty is lifted. Read up and file your claim at http://www.crankshaftboltclassaction.com

Kia is only reimbursing you up to $175 if the bolt broke out of warranty, but under 100k miles before February 16th. What a joke. How did they manage to deny warranty claims on a grenaded engine that was under warranty? There must have been a lot of pissed off customers.
