Mediation failed today. My client has a $50k deductible, so there is no reason to pay more. Insurance has all the risk after that. Plaintiff wanted to negotiate between $100k- $300k. It is going to be an ugly case for all involved. My client is the success story of his family, and employs most of his extended family, allowing his success to elevate everyone. His cousin, a former employee, is suing him.
Pumpkin does not approve of any of our disputes. We all simply need to find a sunny spot buried in clean laundry. I think she might be on to something.

With one of my cats I would have to close the door to the dryer, since I checked on the clothes to see if they were dry, and kept the door open to let any leftover humidity out. Few hours later found my cat sleeping in it.
