After the first coat we ran out of Rustoleum and all the local stores were out so we switched to Krylon which has *GARBAGE* coverage in comparison. It sprays on translucent. Bizarre.

Those help but I’ve still found my hand getting very tired after a couple hours with one. These days I much prefer to buy a gallon of rustoleum in a can and use a harbor freight HVLP gun if at all possible for a large lousy paint job.

Honestly, would that be the worst idea? If you want a matte paint job that stuff goes on even and is super cheap and appears to be durable as hell given how houses aren’t faded cracking monstrosities after three years.

It wouldn’t be as smooth as car paint but I’ve seen it done and it looks OK. But hell if you don’t care about the car don’t care about the look too much it doesn’t really matter
