This all sounds made up. Ruler? Do I want to measure my food? Owen’s? I haven’t heard of anyone named Owen since Throw Mama From the Train. We do have a German auto upholsterer/glass place called Teeters and Schacht here in Marin though. On the other side of that, City Market just sound like a generic market here in SF that nobody bothered to name properly. Whats a Gerbes? Roundy’s? Really?

San Francisco, Marin, Hawaii, Japan.... Safeway, Lucky, Whole Foods... There is Foodland in Hawaii. My wife is Japanese so we go to Nijiya in SF too. My dad is from MT, I remember IGA up there.
