Went from almost no lights. Had two cheap florescent hanger shop lights.
To 15 four foot long, 1 row LED shop lights.
Three zones to control how much. One is under the garage door, during summer that will be open so I see no need to leave those lights on all the time.
I can’t complain about not seeing what I am working on.

I’ve been wishing my garage had more light. This looks great.

Thanks! Cost about 35$ each. It will be nice to have the light this summer working on the 68 GTX that will be in the garage.

No such thing as too much light. If I had it my way the garage would be lit like a freaking paint booth.

Are they the LED ones that it seems like everyone has on sale?

Oh, that’s MUCH better!
Last year saw a lighting overhaul in my garage, too. I remember the first time the lights were flicked on, I just kinda stood there, stunned at how much easier things were going to be now. Suddenly, EVERYTHING was easily visible.

These ones I got at Lowe’s at the end of last summer. The prices on them are really coming down. I paid around 35$ for them.

Pretty easy to mount and wire. They have a built in power plug system that you can use to Daisy chain the lights, But the cabling costs extra. I chose to just hard wire it with some 12-2 wire I had.

I’m thinking Walmart and Rural King currently have some going for $36-$38. I’ve been meaning to get some.
