Saw this in a lot today, looked like the scoop was bondoed on. Is that a factory MX-3 bit?

They came with a scoop but not like that. It actually looks like its a Grand Touring trim and not even a true Mazdaspeed 3

This doesn’t look anything like an MX-3 to me. What you have pictured is a second generation Mazda 3.
