Yeah they’re contacts, got a great deal on them otherwise I probably would have gone for something more all-mountain like the Atlas. But I actually really like them, Union makes some damn good hardware.... Other than the bolt that’s supposed to be where those zipties are, which just decided to come undone and abandon ship mid run.

I had the contacts before the Atlas. They were the Ultrafear collab between Capita/Union. Mine used to lose the toe strap adjustment bolt/knob all the time.

Yeah it makes no sense to me either. That’s what I did to cure it but it still would come off from time to time. Union can send you a replacement though which I had them do when I ultimately had it fly off halfway down a trail.
