I had a throwback meal of a big mac and a crystal pepsi. I know many people have symptoms of hating themselves after eating such terrible food I just want to take a very long nap in the fetal position.

You know what? The Mac Jr. is just about perfect. I would pretty much only order that at McDonald’s if it stays on the menu.

I haven’t tried the “grand Mac”.
But what I like to do is substitute the “Mac sauce” for tartar sauce. And Swiss cheese for American if they have it.
This is maybe a Cincinnati thing...I’m not sure

I can’t eat large amounts of meat or grease for dinner anymore, I get really bad hart burn. Sucks getting old.

It’s the quarter pounder patty put into the Big Mac setup.
If you’re friendly with your local McDonalds employees (like I am)...they’ll make you a Double or Triple Big Mac if you ask them.
*I kinda like McDonald’s if you can’t tell. I may be overweight too

I made pasta with chopped asparagus, brocolli, and bell peppers and a garlic butter sauce I whipped up. Quick and easy and the kiddos gobbled it up.

Umm... I dipped a cucumber in line yogurt, and some Colby jack cheese sticks I picked up at a Walmart I’m Kansas City and then left in the Niva for three weeks. You probably didn’t want to know that. But in my defence it’s been mostly below freezing here, and it’s packaged processed cheese, I’m sure it’s fine.
In other news, I need to go get groceries.
