Any Idea What This Is?

Besides, “a UPS truck.”

Not my photo, but I saw one of these the other day. It had a window on the side and several (3?) rows of seats that were filled with people in brown uniforms.

My best guess is it was some kind of training van. Or does UPS have some trucks set up like this as shuttles?
