Yep! Rover made 2000 of them in 1998 I believe. Most were a rather lovely shade of purple, but Japan also got them in white and black. Apparently they were tough to sell when they were new, but are one of the most sought after Limited editions now.

No problem! As far as I know, most are in Japan, so there’s a lot more around you than i’ll see. They get a lot of nice little features most minis didn’t get, so I’d love to own one at some point, despite the rust issues mk7s almost always have
