Most of the cutting is done on the old shell for now. Time to work on the metal work to blend to the hatch shape.
Quarters didn’t need a lot of extra width, just some general re-shaping in the belt line area to meet the hatch instead of sloping down and back to the trunk.
Working on getting some 20 gage sheet metal shortly. I’m basically using this shell for mock-ups at this point. Then I can move all the steel to the other body.

Not sure yet, If I do I’m going to have to reinforce it elsewhere. and I’m leaving the fuel tank in the factory position. I may just reduce it’s size with stiffer material.
