I can’t speak for their durability since they are only recently the latest solution for crazy small bathrooms in Seattle.
Would I get one? I’ve heard they’re actually pretty decent, but you won’t find anything “modern” in my little house so I suppose not.

Unrelated to durability, make sure they actually work for what they’re supposed to do. I have one of the narrow sinks that sticks out maybe 14 inches from the wall. It’s fine. IKEA pairs it with this mirror that has some nifty shelving on it, since you don’t have a vanity top in this situation. Also fine - on its own. Pair it with the sink and it’s impossible to bend over and spit toothpaste into the sink anymore, much less wash your face without half the water ending up on the floor. Good for washing hands in a half bath, bad at being the only bathroom in the house.
