I think they would have been better served with the original ad.

I’m sorry, did he say a slate floor? As in tile? Dear god what is this, Jeremy Clarkson’s Quaint My Ride?

Lol 48K quid. My house is going to be less than that.

It’s actually not badly priced. Many camper vans will set you back around £30-40k easily.

I know, it’s just that I’m planning to buy land and build a tiny house for less than $30K, so £48K seems lalaland absurd to me.

True.

In the U.K. £30k wouldn’t buy much in the way of land (depending on area of the U.K. granted) or will buy the land but wouldn’t get you past doing the ground works nevermind buying and building.

Floodplains are a high risk (that’s if you get permission to build on it), greenbelt land is a no go, reclaiming land means having to demolish existing dwelling or buildings, etc, etc, so on and so forth.

I said $30K, which is more like £24K, isn’t it? And I’m not buying much. Just enough for a parking space and a tiny house on a trailer. In rural Japan. Where there is massive depopulation.

I’m not sure what the current U.K. / U.S. exchange rate is.

I live in a terrace house myself which according to a BBC programme here in the U.K. the average house here is only a third the size of a U.S. house and a terrace house is even smaller by half again. They are comfortable but and to be honest as long as I’ve somewhere to lay my head, cook and do my ablutions I’m good. I don’t see the need in having massive areas.

I wish you all the best in your efforts and hope to see the outcome for your hard work.

Does it come with Xbox/TV and a copy of Forza? Might almost be a good price

Is nobody else going to mention the sweet customized rear tire cover where the word “Not” is spray painted over?

Man, if this was 10-15 years older I’d be all over it like the blow on that hooker’s ass.
