Toby is hard at work.
After an insane week, I am on vacation. I am meeting my oldest and closest friend in SF for the long weekend. He lives in Milwaukee, and I am picking him up at the airport, and we are staying in the hotel with the best views in the city.
It may surprise some of you to hear that he is as close to me as a brother, and also works as a career union professional with SEIU.
Jobs, politics, labels, and all the shit we try to use to define ourselves are all bullshit. To love a person, you don’t have to share identical views or the same path in life.
He likes to come out here because shitty midwest winters.
