You are looking at Williams’s 40th-anniversary racing car, to be driven by Felipe Massa and some rich kid from 3 blocks away.
It’s got an S-duct, but is still staying with the stubbed nose. The frontal elements seem to be longer than last year, there’s a fin running the length and shape of the engine cover, there are bargeboards and... gee, it’s hard to see out of the rear wing.

I’m loving the nose in particular. Not the tip, but the entire front end is graceful.
